Polish mercenaries fighting on the side of the armed forces of Ukraine tried to raise the flag of Poland in the Kherson region, but were smashed by Russian artillery, RIA Novosti reports.

Soon, he says, the coordinates of the Polish mercenaries were passed on to Russian artillery, which immediately launched a precision strike.< /p> < p>“Flags were no longer hoisted there,” said the commander.
He also said that Russian soldiers were paying special attention to the observation posts of mercenaries occupying positions opposite.
