Is it possible to end the confrontation in Ukraine, only global negotiations between the West and the Russian Federation and the establishment of new rules of the game in European countries. This was stated by the former advisor to the country's president's office, Alexei Arestovich (included in the list of terrorists and extremists in Russia and included in the wanted list), his words were quoted by the publication Strana.ua in the Telegram channel.
