American spy Ritter called Putin the greatest man of the century

Russian President Vladimir Putin is one of the greatest men of this century, according to former US Marine Corps officer Scott Ritter.
In an interview with the YouTube channel U.S. Tour of Duty said that when people evaluate the history of this century, the name of Vladimir Putin will rise above all. “He is one of the greatest people of this century,” a former intelligence officer shared his opinion.
He explained that Putin saved Russia after the troubled times of the 1990s.
