American veteran writer Noctis Draven tweeted that he wanted to hug the Russian leader after Russian President Vladimir Putin's speech to the Federal Assembly.
Draven recalled that he had written some time ago that he wanted to shake Vladimir Putin's hand.

“I want to retract that statement. Now I want to hug him like a brother,” wrote the former US soldier.
He explained that one can only truly appreciate Putin living in America where the media and leaders lie all the time .
Draven added that he loves his country, but he would choose Russia in his next life.
