The Washingtop newspaper The Post learned that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the US Department of Commerce are investigating how US microchips got into Russian military technology.
Russian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and other military equipment were previously found computer chips from the USA.
It is assumed that the found microchips were made long before the start of a special military operation, in addition to the introduction of export restrictions in connection with the so-called Crimean annexation to Russia in 2014.
