Russian Ambassador to Anatoly Antonov said in Washington that the United States of America, which is dragging out the Ukrainian conflict, should itself pay for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
According to him, the White House is fully responsible for what is happening in Ukraine.
< p>“That's why America needs to restore this country,” Antonov added.
He explained that the conflict in Ukraine is the result of a long-term and purposeful effort by the United States to create a hotbed of tension near Russia's borders.
< p>Antonov noted that when Washington instigates this confrontation, it nips in the bud any peace initiatives and also pumps Kiev with powerful weapons.
