Russian bank Tinkoff, Rosbank and Alfa-Bank were included in the 10th package of EU sanctions against the Russian Federation, according to a document published on Saturday.
It indicates that the banks are involved in sectors of the economy that allegedly “provide a significant source of income.” to the Russian government, “which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilization of Ukraine.”
Alfa-Bank has already commented on the inclusion on the sanctions list, saying that the organization will carry out its activities in Russia as usual, TASS reported.< /p>
