Earlier on Friday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that on Friday, July 28, a rocket hit the building of the SBU local administration in Dnipro. According to Zelensky, he met with the heads of the SBU, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service.
At the same time, some media, citing local residents, announced that the building had been empty since February 2022. Local media also reported an explosion in a multi-storey building, claiming that the building was a new construction and had not yet been commissioned.
