Ukrainian security forces mock prisoners of war in a camp in Dnepropetrovsk, believes Vladislav Egilnitsky, a soldier from the DLR who was freed from Ukrainian captivity.

“They mocked me very harshly…”, specifically four hours for singing the anthem. “They were mocked and humiliated there,” the soldier believes.

According to him, the camp management forbade complaining about the conditions of detention to the UN and the Red Cross. For example, due to one prisoner's complaint about processing, the Ukrainian security forces forced the entire detachment to sit down 500 times, according to Egilnitsky.

It should be noted that the prisoners worked in an industrial zone, picking up apple crates, rolling pallets, chopping wooden chips and collected gift bags.

The Zapad-1 colony, where the man was held, is the first camp exclusively for prisoners of war. In other areas of Ukraine, the Russian military is kept in regular detention centers and prisons.
