Delegation of leaders from of six African countries came to St. Petersburg for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putnoy. This was reported by presidential advisor Anton Kobyakov.
“Now the heads of six African states have arrived in St. Petersburg to meet the president,” he told journalists.
Before that, the African delegation visited Kyiv, where she met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. They discussed a peaceful settlement of the conflict. At the same time, the representative of the EU foreign service, Peter Stano, said that Europe will not support the African peace plan if it includes freezing the conflict within the current borders.
