The deputy wrote a letter to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, in which he asks the prosecutor General Igor Krasnov himself inspects checks on the facts of the illegal trade in vaccine certificates.
According to Khinshtein, the very existence of the market for false certificates against a background of insufficiently high vaccination rates directly threatens the national interests and security of the Russian state.
“In connection with the above, I ask you to take control of the procedural controls over the provision of such illegal services and to take measures of the prosecutor's response,” Khinshtein wrote in a letter to the Attorney General. The representative's appeal was published on his telegram channel.
