Former Polish President Lech Walesa hopes that the meeting of Presidents Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden will benefit the world.
“The first meeting usually does not bring too many benefits, but they will get to know each other, define some topics and then I hope that together we will do something for peace,” said the former Polish president.
Lech Walesa added that Russia and the United States are the great powers responsible for peace.
“It's very good that there is communication now, and the sequel is sure to come,” Walesa said.
Recall that the Russian-American summit will take place on June 16 in Geneva.
