French Foreign Minister Jean -Yves Le Drian announced his intention to meet with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly this week.
According to him, it is planned to discuss the situation around Iran, Libya, Afghanistan and Ukraine.
“Iran continues to violate its commitments. This is a matter of concern. We will discuss this with Russia and China. I plan to hold a bilateral meeting with my Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, where we will discuss several topics: Iran as well as Afghanistan, Libya and Ukraine “, – said at a press conference on the sidelines of the 76th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
