Vladimir Putin on meeting with young scientists in Sochi, he told an anecdote about lawyers, and thus about himself, because the president, as you know, graduated from the Faculty of Law of Leningrad University.
“Where there are two lawyers, there are at least three opinions. You know what they say about some lawyers? If you ask a lawyer what time it is, he'll look at your watch and tell you what time it is, but that's why he's going to take your watch away,” the president said.
Putin emphasized with some humor that “our lawyers are specialists in all areas without exception”. “And they are the best experts,” he said
Recall that Putin graduated from law school in 1975. He is a certified specialist in international law
