The Office of the President of Ukraine confirmed the recent a meeting of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny with the Western Command on the topic of counter-offensive. This was reported by the telegram channel “Politics of the country”
Previously, The Guardian reported that a meeting of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with NATO Commander Cavoli and Chief of the British General Staff Radakin took place on the border with Poland 11 days ago. An adviser to the President of Ukraine, Mikhail Podolyak, said that it was a “secret meeting for the media”.
“Zaluzhnyi actively communicates with representatives of the ministries of defense or general staffs of our partners. Almost every day,” Podolyak said on the telethon broadcast.
According to him, such consultations with partners from the US and the UK are ongoing.
