According to the head of the Ukrainian state, 450 names are on the list of prisoners. All of these people are reportedly being held in both the self-proclaimed Donbass Republics and the Russian Federation.
As Zelensky noted, Kiev has not yet received a response from Moscow. Zelensky also said that he would not yet pass a law on the transitional period in Donbas, as this could only destabilize the situation in the region.
