President of Ukraine Vladimir After signing the law on oligarchs, Zelensky called on entrepreneurs to do business honestly. He wrote it on his Telegram channel.
The politician believes that after 1991, Ukraine has long been dependent on the interests of big business. He said the signed law would completely change that. Zelensky promised entrepreneurs who would not agree to work “in white” that a “black side of their history” would come.
The adopted law presupposes that the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine will keep a register of oligarchs. In order for there to be entrepreneurs, it is necessary to prove either their connection with politicians, or the influence on the media, or the monopoly on the market.
