Press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov commented on a recent statement by US leader Joe Biden, who stressed that the United States did not consider the Russian people an enemy.
Peskov indicated that he saw nothing reprehensible in such a statement and that it was to be welcomed. He added that the Russian people would be more impressed “to listen to this call without threats.”
Peskov also expressed the view that the American president should appeal to the Ukrainian people and urge them to “never shoot to each other ”.
