Ambassador USA in Russia John Sullivan returned to Moscow after a month and a half of absence.
“He returned to Moscow this week to carry out his duties,” the US diplomatic mission told TASS.
At the end of October, it became clear that the diplomat had flown to Washington on the 29th. The departure was preceded by a summons of the diplomat to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The ambassador was expected to be on leave in the future.
