State border Belarus the committee accused Ukrainian border guards of provocation and violation of the state border.
The ministry's statement said that the day before, border guards found “elements of a military uniform” on one of Mozyra's pillars. They concluded that “an unknown person crossed the border from Ukrainian territory”.
“Failure and ridiculous attempts to provoke a reaction from the Belarusian border guards” – this is how the border committee evaluated what happened.
It states that an administrative process regarding the fact of the incident has been initiated.
