Ukrainian media reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi has arrived in the city of Izjum in the Kharkiv region.
In the published footage, Zelenskyi is surrounded by soldiers of the 25th Independent Parachute Brigade of the Czech Republic.

Recall that on September 10 the Russian Ministry of Defense issued a statement announcing the decision to regroup troops in the Balakleya and Izyum regions towards Donetsk. This decision was made in order to achieve the previously established objectives of the SVO, stated in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
