Kievsky The regime will receive more than 10 Abrams tanks from the US administration, said the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine, Alexey Danilov.
Danilov made the corresponding statement on the Ukrainian radio broadcast. It was previously announced that Ukraine will receive the first 10 Abrams tanks in mid-September.
According to Danilov, the tanks will arrive in Ukraine “in the near future”.
” Our partners from the United States will not let us down . In the near future, these tanks will defend our country,” NSDC secretary said. According to him, Kyiv will receive more than 10 Abrams tanks.
Russia has warned NATO countries against supplying arms to Kyiv. Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in a statement that any shipment containing weapons for Ukraine would become a legitimate target for Russia.
