List of equipment and special equipment that Kiev NATO asked. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine is asking the alliance to send more than a hundred SUVs, cranes, bulldozers, demining equipment, radiation and chemical reconnaissance vehicles, communications, medical equipment and much more to the country in the event of a major emergency. The four-page document is published on the NATO website.
The list includes radios (20,000), dosimeters (30,000), chemical suits (70,000), vehicles for radiation and chemical reconnaissance (30 pieces). Kiev also needs 55 mobile field camps with autonomous life support to accommodate 250-300 people. Required medical supplies include painkillers, antibiotics, masks, gloves, bandages and bioprotective suits.
