In Northern California five former police officers who fatally shot the homeless in 2018 were acquitted. ABC News reports.
Homeless Joshua Pavlik is reportedly armed during the incident. The judge concluded that the police officers had been fired unfairly.
The lawyer of the former law enforcement officers added that the court decision allows them either to return to work or to obtain compensation in the form of wages retroactively.
