Russia's Committee of Inquiry said two Ukrainian heavy-duty helicopters invaded Russian territory.
These helicopters opened fire on residential buildings in the Bryansk region. At least six raids have been carried out.
A report on the agency's website states that it is a shelling of the village of Klimovo in the Bryansk region. Based on this fact, criminal proceedings were initiated.
According to the Russian investigation, the helicopters were moving at low altitude. Six houses along Zarechnaya and Lenin streets were damaged as a result of the strikes. Seven people were injured, including a two-year-old child.
The circumstances of the incident are now being investigated.
