The Washington Post states that the older people in the US and European countries are concerned about the alleged accumulation of Russian forces on the border with Ukraine.
The publication states that American and European officials noted “strange movements” of Russian troops near the Ukrainian border. These maneuvers have been recorded since the second half of September.
The newspaper concludes that the military conflict in Ukraine is entering a new phase. Earlier, the press secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov assured that the movement of Russian troops across the country does not endanger other states.
