An attempt to kill Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazimi with a drone filled with explosives was committed on the night of November 7. The country's authorities report that the wound was planted in the residence of the head of government. The head of the Arab government himself was not injured, but his guards were injured.
The heads of many states have already issued an official statement condemning the assassination attempt.
It was subsequently announced that an explosion had occurred near the prestigious El Karrad area in central Baghdad.
