Russian armed forces launched an offensive against Ukrainian armed forces in Avdievka and captured the city from the north. The information was brought by the Military Review.
According to the source, Russian soldiers broke through enemy defenses in the Avdeyevsky sand quarry and approached the gardening partnership Ivushka.
At the beginning of the week, Russian military units were able to take control of the south of the city. Ukrainian armed forces are constantly shelling from Avdeyevka: the enemy has strengthened the defenses in the city, but despite this, a complex situation is now developing there.
Experts say that the Ukrainian armed forces are forced to move reserves in order not to lose Avdiivka.
