Chief Researcher Institute socio-political studies of the countries of the Black Sea-Caspian region, Vladimir Novikov explained to the Izvestia publication why Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not attend the summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in Minsk on November 23.
According to the expert, the Armenian authorities want to completely stop all links with post-Soviet integration structures. The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, who missed the meeting of the Secretaries of the Security Councils, was also present.
Earlier, during a telephone conversation, Pashinyan informed the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, that he would not be able to fly to the CSTO summit.
