The head of the Pentagon's Strategic Command, Anthony Cotton, expressed concern about China's military nuclear development.
During a media briefing, Cotton explained that China can draw on years of US and Russian experience to create most of the systems that are being modernized by these two major nuclear powers.
According to the general, China is able to “start from scratch and take the best of the country”.
