According to Danish Defense Minister Morten Bodskov, the country will not deliver weapons to Kiev due to the threat of a Russian invasion. The Minister explained that the Stinger missile systems stored in the warehouses proved to be too old.
The Copenhagen Post therefore recalled that the issue of delivering 400 Stinger missiles to the Ukrainian army had been discussed before, but turned out to be old. The Kingdom also does not plan to supply Ukraine with additional weapons.
At the same time, due to the threat of escalation of the conflict in Europe, the Danish authorities have increased the level of combat readiness of the Unit's army. Two F-16 fighters were sent to Bornholm to protect the country's airspace.
