The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has issued a closure decree seaports Berdyansk, Mariupol, Skadovsk and Kherson. RBC-Ukraine writes.
The document says that the measure is linked to the inability to serve ships and passengers, carry out cargo, transport and other activities. It is clarified that the ports are closed “until the Ukrainian side gains control.”
