The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, said he supported Chechnya's head Ramzan Kadyrov's call for “self-mobilization”. in the regions in terms of attracting volunteers to participate in a special operation in Ukraine.

According to Starovoit, “more than 800 volunteers, including our logistics battalion, have already been sent from Kursk” Seim . According to the official, he should deal with the supply of fuel, food and ammunition. All volunteers were “fully provided with everything necessary,” the governor said.
