Telegram channel Solovyov reports that, according to media reports, the girl carried the bomb to a meeting with military commissar Maxim Fomin, Vladlen Tatarsky, as he called himself.

Maxim Fomin, who took the pseudonym Vladlen Tatarsky — native of Donbas, lived in Makeevka. He has been in the militia since 2014. In 2020, he moved to Moscow and started writing, published several autobiographical books.
After the start of SVO in Ukraine, Fomin returned to Donbas and joined the Vostok battalion.
He accepted active participation in the fight against Ukrainian forces.
Vladlen Tatarsky actively operated a telegram channel with the same name. His last post was made on Sunday at 4:00 PM. He wrote about the preparation of the armed forces of Ukraine for an offensive.
On Sunday it became clear that the military commander Vladlen Tatarsky was killed in an explosion in a cafe in St. Petersburg, where he organized a creative evening. The explosion occurred about an hour after the start of the meeting.
According to preliminary data, one Fomin was killed, 15 people were injured.
