Federation Council rejected law on the use of state-only online resources in educational institutions. The document is being submitted for review.

The law provides for the use of only state information systems in schools and higher vocational schools for e-learning. This is essential for the protection of students' personal data.
Educational institutions will also be able to use electronic and online resources approved by the Ministry of Education. After examining the educational materials they contain, they are included in a special list.
