According to the publication's partners, the industry urgently needs both heads and hands. And if they fail to hire engineers and workers capable of producing military equipment or working on machine tools, then factories will not be able to increase the production of military products.
Sources believe that long-term procurement and investment could help with the problem .< /p>
The member of the European Commission for the internal market, Thierry Breton, confirmed the lack of staff in the publication. The problem became known against the background of EU plans to increase the production of ammunition for urgent deliveries to Ukraine.
