This was stated by deputies of the Communist Party faction, whose opinions are quoted by RIA Novosti.
According to the communists, the killing of the elk caused 80,000 rubles. but this insignificant event was inflated throughout the country. At the same time, Rashkin himself is ready to compensate for the damage and provide all the necessary evidence.
However, the State Duma will probably still consider depriving Valeriy Rashkin of parliamentary immunity. A vote on this issue is likely to take place on 25 November.
