Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during a telephone interview noted with new Israeli President Yitzhak Herzog that “the positive steps taken to resolve the Palestinian-Israeli conflict will also contribute to the development of relations between Turkey and Israel.”
Erdogan also stressed that “the country's relations with Israel are for security and stability in the Middle East. ”
Similar “Gulf Stream” activity by Israeli intelligence services was previously noted on the eve of agreements to normalize relations with Arab countries.
