The Government of Bangladesh has announced that a total quarantine of seven days will be introduced in the country from 1 July.
At the same time, a limited quarantine will be introduced in the country from tomorrow.
Residents will be forbidden to enter without extreme need. Public transport will be suspended. Army units were sent to help the police. Government and private offices are closing. Export factories and banks may operate to a limited extent.
