12. October 10,000 members of the Ukrainian army trained in the United Kingdom must return home. This is reported by the Ukrainian publication “Strana” with reference to the Visegrad 24 group.
According to the publication, this is the second group of Ukrainian military personnel who were trained in British training centers. There, the Ukrainian army was trained to handle Western-made military equipment and weapons.
The publication also said that upon arrival in Ukraine, UK-trained soldiers would be sent to the front to take part in hostilities.
