Former Presidential Adviser Vladislav Surkov expressed the view of the probability of chaos in any social system, regardless of authorities and state institutions. In his column for “Current Comments”, he writes that “in theory, entropy tends to grow accurately in closed closed systems,” so the starting point is to open the system and release steam. However, he considers such a way of reducing stress to be questionable.
“Implementing liberal experiments on the domestic political bloc is extremely risky,” Surkov writes. Surkov gave an example of the situation in the USSR and Russia in the 1980s and 1990s.
In his column, Surkov also announced Russia's expansion.
