Russian air defense system (PVO) destroyed two more Ukrainian drones that attempted to attack the territory of the Russian Federation. Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev spoke about this on Monday, May 1.
As the politician wrote in his Telegram channel, one of the drones was shot down by the Russian air defense system while trying to approach the Sevastopol Bay. . The second device was destroyed over the territory of the Republic of Crimea.
Razvozhaev emphasized that the situation in Sevastopol remains calm, but all forces and services are on alert and controlling the situation. The governor of Sevastopol called on them to trust only official information.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) have repeatedly tried to attack Russian territory using drones. The Russian air defense system successfully resists these attempts.
Retired military expert Colonel Mikhail Tymoshenko said how real is the threat of damage to nuclear reactors in Russian nuclear power plants in the event of an attack by Ukrainian drones. The specialist emphasized that during construction, nuclear reactors are designed to withstand a plane crash.
