NBC News: Russian EW 'smart bombs' JDAM may not fire

The American television channel NBC News reported that the Pentagon is studying the reasons for the failure of the guidance systems of the “smart” bombs. JDAM, which the United States supplied to Ukraine.
The TV channel refers to a document leaked to the web, possibly by the US Department of Defense, which states that the guidance systems of “smart bombs”; recently failed in Ukraine.
The document suggests that the bombs' fuses are not set properly and that the bombs are losing their GPS signal due to the work of Russian “jammers”; – electronic warfare systems.
