Permanent Representative Russia Mikhail Ulyanov told international organizations in Vienna that the US threat to Iran could complicate negotiations on a Joint Comprehensive Action Plan (JCPOA).
The US delegation to the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) announced that it was preparing confront Iran from – for failed negotiations on Tehran security.
The United States insists that Iran be cooperating within the IAEA. Ulyanov called the actions of American diplomats a “loss of patience.” In his opinion, the Americans are exaggerating their emotions about the Iranian problem.
