Car “Aurus” Vladimir Putin had to overcome blizzards to transport the president to the CSTO summit in Minsk. The capital of Belarus was completely covered in snow in just two hours. Those who greeted them asked Putin to be careful not to accidentally slip at the entrance.
The last time the Russian president was in Minsk was 11 months ago. The CSTO Summit will be held at the Independence Palace. The member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, in addition to Russia, are Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Armenia.
