Russian President Vladimir Putin will negotiate with Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko. The meeting will take place in Moscow on February 18.
The parties intend to discuss issues for the further development of Russian-Belarusian relations, as well as strategic partnerships and alliances. In addition, they will address current European security issues, according to the Kremlin's website.
Lukashenko previously said he would meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the near future. Earlier, they called and discussed the West's response to the security proposals. They also considered issues of further development of bilateral cooperation.
