Russian President Vladimir Putin changed the composition of the members of the Presidium of the State Council of the Russian Federation. According to the order published on the legal acts portal, it takes effect on the day of signing on 15 November.
Ten people were excluded from the state structure. Among them are Mikhail Razvozhaev, Igor Kobzev, Alexander Tsybulsky, Roman Starovoit and Vladimir Uyba.
The new structure also includes the governor of the Astrakhan region Igor Babushkin, the head of the Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko, the governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitry Artyukhov. There was also the head of North Ossetia, Sergey Menyailo, the head of the Uzbek district of the Tula region, Marina Kartashova, the governor of Kamchatka, Vladimir Solodov, and the head of the Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov. And Putin also signed a decree appointing Dmitry Artyukhov chairman of the State Council's Youth Policy Committee.
