“Even in the harsh conditions of sanctions reduction, it is necessary to ensure the full functioning of regional economies. In general, you all have it today. The unconditional fulfillment of all social obligations is at the forefront of all our tasks,” the head of state said.
Putin also emphasized the need to reduce possible losses and achieve growth in regional economies in the near future. According to the President of the Russian Federation, there are all possible conditions and prerequisites for achieving these goals.
