Company Concord published a commentary by businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin, in which he talked about the involvement of prisoners in combat operations. In his own words, Prigozhin believes that “the more difficult the article and the longer the term, the more necessary it is for one to get to the front.”
Prigozhin added that prisoners serving long sentences have better motivation.
“When you have 10 years ahead of you and you've already served 10 years,” he added, “you're more than motivated.”
