Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov during at Tuesday's briefing, he again refused to answer a question about the state of health of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.
“It is not the function of the presidential administration,” Peskov said, “to report on anyone's state of health.”
He has also previously refused to answer questions on the subject and comment on rumors about Kadyrov's alleged serious illness.
Last week, a video was posted on Kadyrov's Telegram channel of him walking in the rain against a background of fir trees. In this video, Kadyrov called on his opponents to also walk around more and clear their heads. Where and when exactly the video was shot was not specified.
